According to what the representative said, the company had been trying to find a solution to the problem, but continued insisting that there was nothing wrong about the affiliates program. In addition, the company still insisted that it had done its best to find a proper solution to the problem, no matter that its reputation was put on stake.

The affiliates, however, once again protested everything the representative said, insisting on them to reveal how exactly Net Revenue is calculated. And that was probably the right thing for them to do, considering the fact that such information is not classified, and it does not take special resources to be made clear. They were not satisfied with the information included in the Terms and Conditions and insisted on the fact that various other deductions had been made, so that the program was actually making a gain for its own on their backs.

What is more, some affiliates also asked the question why other programs do not feature fees similar to the ones of the Videoslots. The truth is that most affiliates could no longer be fooled with blabbering about all the technical issues and obstacles on the way that prevented the program from being more transparent.

Even after the Head of the Acquisition department at Videoslots Affiliates – Ali Atam – took part in the discussion at AGD, the situation remains pretty heated for the time being. So, it would be great if the brand, after all, manages to provide more clarity on the matter and give more detailed information about the closure of the Active Players and Unique Depositors stats. The Head of the Acquisition department finally promised that more clarity on the Net Revenue calculation would be made, so it remains to be seem whether the brand would keep its promise, or not.
